The dot: Opportunities for Local Subcontractors

The City of Ferndale’s mixed-use parking Development on Troy, or The dot, is set to break ground in the winter of 2019. As a major project in our downtown, there will be opportunities for local businesses to subcontract on work related to its many components—including plumbing, electrical, commercial storefronts, interior finishes, glasswork, and more.

If you’d like to learn more about how your business could potentially take advantage of major subcontracting opportunities for this signature project, we’d like to connect with you. Join us for an initial fact-finding and engagement meeting where you’ll meet representatives from the City and the Construction Management team and hear an overview of the project and the bidding process.

Wednesday, December 19
8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
